Mountain Occasions, LLC is a joint venture created by two energetic and multi- experienced event coordinators, Aimee Monihan and Kretice Crowson. With over 25 years of combined experience between them, Aimee and Kretice both live to plan creative, fun and memorable events. As long time friends, their paths continued to cross through the years and both ventured down the same career path; as event planners. Now,they have reunited to bring their individual strengths to create an unparalleled service and standard.

Having the right coordinator for your wedding can make or break your special day. Mountain Occasions will take over your vision and execute your plan, allowing you to relax and pay attention to other preparations for the big day. We will work as your wedding day advocate so that you are truly able to enjoy your event without a single stressful moment.
